Kit Timmons, President

Kit has been in the food service and hospitality staffing industry for over 20 years. Before joining his father’s business, Kit gained experience in restaurant operations, management and food-service-related positions.

Kit worked closely with the nation’s largest food service and hospitality contractors and organizations to provide staffing solutions for everything from cafeteria positions, to large special events, to presidential and heavily secured events.

Kit’s leading role in the growth of Food Team, Inc., then All Team Staffing, Inc. and now First Class Workforce Solutions is based on the idea that we must be responsive to our customers. “Growing up in the food service industry, you quickly realize that work weeks aren’t routine and don’t follow a typical schedule. We are always available to our customers when they have the need, not just during office hours.”

Justin Timmons, Vice President of Operations

Justin started with Food Team, Inc. in 2004, assisting with various projects in the accounting and information systems departments. He moved into the IT department full time and began running all aspects of the company software platforms, server maintenance and field office support. Justin implemented new staffing software solutions and provided training to all company employees. Within a few years, he moved to field operations and began running the St. Louis, MO office while still traveling to field offices providing operational and sales training.

After the first year in the St. Louis branch, he received the Most Improved Office award by growing sales 110%. He then went on to a Regional Manager position, overseeing operations and training of five markets. In 2013, Justin was named Vice President of All Team Franchise Corporation and continued to have direct involvement in operations and sales training for all franchisees and associates. Now, part of the First Class Workforce Solutions leadership team, Justin brings a solid background of sales and operations knowledge in the staffing industry.

Michelle Timmons, Vice President of Accounting

Michelle joined what is now First Class Workforce Solutions as the Payroll Manager in 1999. Since that time, she worked in many of the accounting departments, eventually becoming the Controller for the organization. Michelle worked for years under Sam Knight, our former CFO, who Michelle says taught her how the details make the difference. These days, Michelle manages the financial reporting and accounting department for First Class Workforce. In addition to her work with FCWS, Michelle also owns a bar, and enjoys spending time riding motorcycles, and being with her grandchildren.

Lisa Tilley, Vice President of Cash Management

Lisa began her journey with the company that is now First Class Workforce Solutions in 1996 when she accepted a six-week temporary position with the payroll department of Food Team, Inc.

Over nearly 19 years, Lisa has worked in temporary staffing management and through all areas of the accounting department into what is now a position of Vice President of Cash Management, which is a hybrid of accounting, risk management, accounts receivable and executive management duties.
